How to Take Photographs Into The Sun
Have you ever been disappointed when sunlight causes refraction sunlight bubbles or white triangles to go across a great photo you want to make?
-
Step 1
It is really simple to “fool” your camera into thinking the sun and it’s intense light is not there. It takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it, it will be a lifetime skill for you!

-
Step 2
When you want to take a picture but your composition is too close to the sun or your camera is aiming toward the sun. Simple hold the camera with one hand that will allow you to snap the picture. Carefully bring your other hand between the sun and your camera. You want to create a shadow over your camera.
-
Step 3
Now this last step is a little tricky, but with practice you will master it quickly. You need to move your hand that is creating the shadow on the camera so that it is not in your view finder (or in the picture you want to take) But you still want to create the shadow over the camera. When you have everything positioned correctly, steady the hand that is holding the camera and carefully take the shot.
