Cappuccino is an Italian beverage prepared with espresso and milk.
A classic cappuccino is one-third espresso, one-third steamed milk and one-third steamed milk foam. Popular variations, such as cappuccino and latte macchiato, are basically changes in these proportions. The use of chocolate powder on cappuccino is a common practice in Brazil, but not part of the traditional recipe.
This recipe is a powder which is used to prepare cappuccino.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of instant milk powder
- 50 grams of instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate
- 1 tablespoon (coffee size) of bicarbonate
Procedure:
- Place half of milk powder, instant coffee, bicarbonate and chocolate in the mixer and beat until blended.
- Add that to the rest of the instant milk powder, use a spoon for easier mixing.
- That´s it… you are ready to prepare your capuccino.
- You can drink this with hot water or milk.
