How is successful Offshore outsourcing carried out? Top-tier vendors in India and elsewhere handle businesses that successfully accommodate high-quality service levels to overseas clients at rock-bottom fees, a pool of expert English-speaking resources and best IT professionals in the world, and more!

Steps:

It is a good idea to have a separate department or a few employees dedicated to identifying and vetting potential clients.

Include informal networking. “Informal networking is going to be one of the biggest drivers of offshoring in the small-business community”, says Gartner analyst Frances Karamouzis

Broaden your information sources. Trade associations can prove to be a great source of information.

Investigate brokerage web sites. Brokerage Web sites have emerged to link sellers of offshore services with prospective buyers.

Decide on your two-way business transaction. Next, once an outsourcing project has been acquired, a smooth two-way business transaction needs to be ensured, which will bring profits to both partied involved.

Keep in touch. The Offshore Outsourcing vendor must regularly consult the outsourcer regarding issues related to the project.

Select a liaison. A representative or on site co-coordinator may be appointed to handle, resolve and maintain client-relationships.

Create procedures. Procedures must be invented to help the Offshore Outsourcing service provider and the outsourcer to define the increase in payment without long and weary negotiations.

Choose the best way to monitor work. A correspondence clause must be included in the contract, making for the outsourcer to visit the Offshore Outsourcing vendors place every now and then, to monitor the progress of work.

Have ‘outs’. Exclusions must be included to accommodate changes beyond the control of either party (act of God).

How to add additional security to you wireless network. If the hacker’s internet devices are excluded from accessing your wireless network they cannot get into your network even if they get your password. This is what MAC address filtering does. It excludes any devices used by hackers to access your wireless network even if they do figure out your password.

Identify and write down MAC addresses for all devices which you allow access to your wireless network. This includes media devices such as Xbox 360 (with wireless adapter), wireless printers, cell phones (Wi-Fi capable) and each computer allowed on your wireless network.

I will be using the router shown in my picture, the Linksys WRT54G router for my example. Other wireless router menus will vary slightly but not much. Keep this in mind if you do not have exactly the same router model as I have. Log into your router.

Click the Wireless tab on the upper left of the screen.

Click Wireless MAC Filter to the lower right.

Click enable under Wireless MAC Filter. By default, disable was selected on my particular model of wireless router.

Under the enable or disable choices are the choices to either prevent PCs listed from accessing the wireless network OR to permit only PCs listed to access the wireless network. Select the permit only PCs listed option. Whatever computer is not on your MAC filter list CANNOT get into your network, whether they have your password or not. I have actually tested one PC in my home by excluding it off of the list, put in password and it would not access my network.Click Edit MAC Filter.

Add MAC addresses of computers allowed on your wireless network. MAC addresses can be found on the back, bottom or side of most internet devices. Usually MAC addresses are right above or below the serial number. They consist of twelve characters usually beginning with 00 followed by ten more characters of letters and numbers. When you type the MAC addresses into your filter list, it automatically places a colon in between every two characters, so they should be in this format on your filter list: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX

After you have added all of the allowed media devices that you want to allow access to your wireless network, click “Save Settings”.

RealVideo is a proprietary video format that can’t be easily used with the standard video programs found on a Mac computer or PC. It can only be played using its own desktop video player. Converting RealVideo to the AVI video format makes the file compatible with many more video programs. The process of converting a RealVideo file into an AVI is fairly straightforward and will not harm the original RealVideo file.

Online videos are great, but you need to be online to watch them. Unless, that is, you download them to your computer. If you can see it in a browser you can download it to your hard drive. Getting those files off the Internet and onto your computer for offline viewer is easier than you think–and perfect for the constant commuter looking for some cheap entertainment.

NetVideoHunter

If you’re not using Firefox, you should be. This free, open-source browser has millions of users for a number of reasons. Security is a good one, but perhaps the most important reason is the thousands of plug-ins you can download. One such plug-in is NetVideoHunter.

NetVideoHunter seeks out flash video files so you can download them to your computer. To begin, you must install the plug-in (find a link in “Resources,” below). After you’ve installed the plug-in and restarted Firefox, browse to the page with the flash video you want to download and NetVideoHunter will find it. Click the blue icon in the bottom right and you’re ready to download the file.

Protected files

Some videos, such as those at Hulu.com and other proprietary video sites, protect their videos from being downloaded by software like NetVideoHunter. This protection means you cannot easily download content from these sites. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act states that if you try to bypass this protection you are breaking the law, so it’s best to enjoy such protected videos online.

Playback

If you can’t get your downloaded flash videos to play back, you may need another video player. These videos, which have a .flv file extension, require a flash codec to play back. The easiest way to get this codec is to download the lightweight, free, open-source media player VLC. This player is free, available for Windows, Mac and Linux, and is linked to in “Resources,” below

A keylogger is a malicious program that records keystrokes to try and steal passwords, credit card information and other personal information. Keyloggers can also be used to monitor processes on a computer, for example, if you are checking on a suspicious person. They work secretly in the background and are hidden from the person they’re targeting. Keyloggers can be identified and removed using antivirus and spyware programs. Keep your personal information protected by removing these malicious tools.

Open the Task Manager by pressing “Ctrl,” “Alt” and “Delete” together. Click the “Processes” tab.

Scroll through and identify any unusual processes and research them. It is important to be aware of the normal running processes, such as explorer.exe.

Click the Windows “Start” button and click “Run” or “Start Search” (Windows Vista users). Type “msconfig” (without quotes) and press “Enter” to open the System Configurations Utility window.

Click the “Startup” tab to show programs that launch automatically during computer startup. Remove the check from items that seem suspicious and click “OK” to save the changes. This will prevent those programs from launching.

Launch your antivirus program and click the “Update” button to install any new virus and spyware definitions. Perform a full system scan and delete all files found. Many antivirus programs come loaded with keylogger detectors.

Download and install Anti-Virus free (see How to Protect your Computer From Viruses? ) if you do not have an antivirus program. Anti-Virus is loaded with a spyware detector, keylogger detector and anti-rootkit function to detect keyloggers hidden on the computer system. <Source: eHow.com>

You will need to buy the parts for your computer. Here is a list of computer parts you will need when building a computer.
-Tower case
-Power Supply
-Motherboard
-Processor
-Fans
-Hard drive
-CD drives
-RAM
-Video card
-Sound card
-Monitor
-Keyboard and mouse

Step 2

This list can be a little bit long and daunting. So let’s start by choosing the motherboard. You’ll first want to choose between an AMD or Intel board. Then read on about more of the components to know what other features you want on your motherboard. Motherboards also come in different sizes. So pick one that fits in your tower. Most of what you pick will depend on what motherboard you choose.

Step 3

Pick your processor. This will depend on what motheboard you choose. The processor is determined by the slot and motherboard compatibility. For AMD it will probably be a AM2/AM3 slot processor. For Intel it will probably be LGA 775 or LGA 1366. Processors now come in dual and quad core, and so I’d recommend at least a dual core processor. Check out benchmarks and online reviews to help you select the best processor for you.

Step 4

Pick a power supply. You will want at least 300 watts. If you are building a system with higher power demands (a workstation or gaming machine) pick a 400W or 500W power supply. Power supplies come with 20 and 24 pin connectors. Make sure you match up then pin connector with your chosen motherboard.

Step 5

Pick RAM. Again this depends on the type of motherboard you choose. Your motherboard will designate which type of RAM it will take. Make sure it’s compatible or it won’t work, or even fit into the motherboard. RAM comes in many many varieties. Consider buying at least 1 GB and probably more.

Step 6

Pick a hard drive. Hard drives have a couple specifications you’ll want to look at. The first is capacity. You’ll want one big enough to hold all your data. 250 GB is pretty standard these days. Next look at the RPM’s. The faster it spins the faster you can access your data, so we recommend one that runs at 7200 rpms. Next look at the type of connection it offers. It can be IDE/SATA etc, but SATA is a good standard to go with. Pick one that again is going to be compatible with your motherboard.

Step 7

Pick a graphics card. There are so many types of video cards that it would be impossible to cover them all. Find one with at least 256 MB of RAM. Also, again pay attention to the type of motherboard you have. It will have either an AGP/PCI/PCI-E type video card, so choose accordingly.

Step 8

Add a CD/DVD Rom drive. These have connectors pretty similar to the hard drive. SATA or IDE. Pick one that has higher burn and read speeds.

Step 9

Pick your monitor. This will depend on your video card and what it outputs. Your ouputs may include: VGA, HDMI, S-Video, Composite, Component, DVI. There’s lots of options so make sure your monitor and video card are compatible. HDMI is the newest and highest quality standard.

Step 10

Add a sound card. Most sound cards plug right into the PCI slot, so you don’t have to worry about compatiblity too much. For this you’ll want to pick it depending on what you want and how many channels you want for your surround sound.
